Anyone with an interest in mental health and addictions in Ontario can register for a LHIN Exchange user account.
A user account allows you to subscribe to e-mail alerts whenever new content is published on the LHIN Exchange.
All registered users can manage their e-mail alerts. Users can subscribe by topic, by LHIN, or by contributor.
Registered users can send e-mail to individual LHIN Exchange contributors via an online contact form.
In addition, staff from addiction and mental health agencies that belong to one of the six provincial organizations sponsoring the LHIN Exchange will be given a "community member" account that allows them to contribute content to the LHIN Exchange and participate in online discussions.
Fill in and submit the form below, using a valid e-mail address. You will receive a temporary password, with further instructions for activating your account. You will have immediate access to manage your e-mail alerts.
If you belong to a member agency, your "community member" access will be granted when your account has been approved by your organization. You will receive an e-mail notice when your account is ready and you can begin to post content on the LHIN Exchange. *Note: in order to facilitate the approval process, please provide an organizational e-mail address, if possible.
